GK22 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights

1 Introduction

3 Account Rules

If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact gk22 support immediately and change your password.

• All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date.

• gk22 accounts are personal and non-transferable — you may not sell, transfer, or assign your account to another person.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Bonus funds are credited separately from your real-money balance. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. 6 Game Rules and Fair Play

All game outcomes on gk22 are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). The RNG produces results that are statistically independent, unpredictable, and identical for all players participating in the same session. gk22 does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of or against any individual player.

• Once a session has started and your entry has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
• In the event of a technical fault during a session, gk22 will void the affected round and refund all entry fees to participating players.
• Prize amounts are calculated and displayed before each session. The prize you see in the lobby is the prize you receive if you win — there are no post-session deductions.
• The progressive Jackpot pool accumulates across sessions until the win condition is triggered. The current Jackpot value is displayed in real time in the game lobby.
• Any attempt to exploit game mechanics, use automated tools, or manipulate session outcomes is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

7 Responsible Gaming

gk22 is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable gaming environment. We believe that gaming should be entertainment — not a source of financial stress or personal harm. gk22 provides a range of tools to help players stay in control of their gaming activity.

All players can access the following responsible gaming tools directly from their account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.

If gk22 identifies patterns of play that suggest a player may be experiencing harm — such as rapidly increasing deposit frequency, large losses in a short period, or repeated failed withdrawal reversals — gk22 may proactively apply account restrictions and reach out to the player. This is done out of genuine care, not as a punitive measure.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on gk22 and will result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Registering more than one account on gk22.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the gk22 platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with the gk22 platform or its underlying systems.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit prize structures.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that you are not authorised to use.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity through the gk22 platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing gk22 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from a known bug will be voided.

9 Suspension and Termination

gk22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to the platform, other players, or gk22 itself.

In the event of account suspension, gk22 will:

• Notify the player via their registered contact details where possible.
• Freeze the account balance pending investigation.
• Complete the investigation within 14 business days in most cases.
• Return any legitimate real-money balance to the player's registered bKash or Nagad wallet if the account is closed without fault on the player's part.

If an account is closed due to a confirmed violation of these Terms, gk22 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including any pending withdrawals. 10 Limitation of Liability

gk22 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to ensure the platform is available 24 hours a day, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect platform availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, gk22 shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

12 Changes to These Terms
